General Safety: All candles should be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children and pets, and do not place candles near flammable materials.
Burning Instructions: Always burn candles within sight and on a heat-resistant surface. Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and keep the wax pool free of debris.
Allergies and Sensitivities: Some ingredients in our candles may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse reactions.
Variations: Our candles are handmade, and as such, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Refund/Exchange Policy
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us explaining the issue and providing pictures within 7 days of receiving your order. A receipt or proof of purchase is required .

Our company is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse of our candles, wax melts or any of our products This includes, but is not limited to, burns, fires, or property damage.
Limit of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our products; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
